Your Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with financial software and systems, including Episys/Symitar and wire transfers

  • Knowledge of banking and credit association regulations and procedures
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
