Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data and customer orders into our ERP system: You'll be responsible for accurately entering a variety of data and customer orders into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Communicating effectively with customers: You'll communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Reviewing and updating data in the system: You'll review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies in received data.
- Reporting data-related issues to your supervisor: You'll report any data-related issues to your supervisor, ensuring that any problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service: We're looking for candidates with previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
