Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics in customer service.
  • Efficiently multitasking and navigating through multiple systems during each interaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours.

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 2 interactions.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 85% or higher.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve an NPS score of 20 or higher.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
