Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for efficiently and accurately entering data while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. You'll utilize your strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with data entry software and systems

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery processes
• Experience with Hive, Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, and Shell Scripting languages
