As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Working remotely from the comfort of your own home, you'll be responsible for handling live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts. With full training provided, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
