Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Customer Engagement:

Act as the first point of contact for customers initiating chat support, effectively communicating and understanding their inquiries, issues, and needs.

Problem Resolution:

Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and address customer concerns promptly, providing accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate responses to customer queries.

Chat Management:

Manage chat queues efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups with customers, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

Documentation:

Record interactions and document issues accurately in our CRM system, highlighting recurring problems and contributing to knowledge base articles or FAQs for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other teams, including technical support and product development, to relay customer feedback and potential areas for enhancement.

Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed designated performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, services, and best practices in customer service and support to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with chat support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with technical products or services is a plus.
