Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing dispatch calls, and ensuring the smooth flow of our operations. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Managing dispatch calls to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Data entry of client information, payments, and confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and productivity in a fast-paced office environment
  • Collaborating with our technicians and clients to resolve issues and exceed expectations
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm CST

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the roofing or construction industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with dispatch software and systems

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • $5/hour for the first 90 days, with a rate increase to $7/hour thereafter
