A day in the life of a Medical Bill Review Auditor

As a Medical Bill Review Auditor at blithequark, your day will be filled with seated computer work, performing data entry on workers' compensation-related medical bills. You will have the opportunity to:

• Work on-site in our Milwaukee office Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm during training, with the flexibility to work from home after completing the introductory period
• Utilize your computer skills to accurately enter data and review medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines
• Listen to podcasts or music via headphones while you work, creating a comfortable and productive environment
• Meet production and accuracy performance metrics, with the opportunity to thrive in a structured individual performance goal setting environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
• Possess strong data entry/computer skills
• Be willing to work in an office environment
• Live in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area
• Be available to work a hybrid schedule of 1 day a week in the office and 4 days at home (after training period)
• Have a certification in a related field (i.e. CPC) or previous medical/health care/insurance industry experience, although not required
