Key Responsibilities

• Take orders, organize activities in the store, provide pricing and product information, and suggest suitable arenaflex items and services
• Work with a wide range of equipment, move boxes and hardware, stock materials, manage the production line, and complete assigned tasks as needed
• Adhere to instructions from managers and assist other colleagues in performing store functions
• Aid in the training of store colleagues
• Ensure all client issues are resolved quickly and to the client's satisfaction
• Collect, package, and ship merchandise, including wrapping items, weighing packages, and attaching labels
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using client-provided original media and reports
• Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain standing during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
• Ability to bend and kneel at the waist and knees
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure
