Job Summary

As an Information Specialist II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing advanced Splunk solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business value, and providing exceptional customer support. You'll work closely with our application groups to develop innovative answers for corporate information collection and logging, and you'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex Splunk issues using your expertise in automation, scripting, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and develop top-notch content for versatility, dependability, and execution

  • Troubleshoot complex Splunk issues using your expertise in automation, scripting, and data visualization
  • Collaborate with outside applications and frameworks as needed
  • Advance and teach our customer community on Splunk search, alarm, and dashboard best practices
  • Perform daily functional and local area support
  • Conduct information analysis, ordering, and enhancement
  • Create and manage information articles, including fields, extractions, labels, event types, queries, workflow activities, pseudonyms, and macros
  • Arrange report-based reports and information model speed increase
  • Work from home and collaborate with our remote team to drive business value

What You'll Need

* 3+ years of experience creating advanced Splunk dashboards and searches in Splunk

  • Experience with pre-planning (Python, JavaScript, or other)
  • Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure
  • Ordinary expressions
  • Driving insights with information and Splunk products
  • Making dashboards in Dashboard Studio
  • Ansible and Git
  • Website architecture
  • Working together and talking with application groups to drive innovative answers for corporate information collection to business logging stages
  • Troubleshooting intricate Splunk organization issues using information on automation, pre-planning, Ansible, AWS, REST APIs, and Splunk Enterprise
  • Creating, testing, and sending various Splunk setups and Splunk technology add-on
  • Possessing and driving Splunk framework and information organization best practices, including information onboarding
  • Helping with the formation of cutting-edge dashboards, reports, alarms, and other information objects in Splunk to drive value across the organization
  • Working from home allowed
  • The position is qualified for the Employee Reference Program

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in Splunk development and customer support
  • Strong understanding of Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure
  • Experience with pre-planning (Python, JavaScript, or other)
  • Ordinary expressions
  • Driving insights with information and Splunk products
  • Making dashboards in Dashboard Studio
  • Ansible and Git
  • Website architecture
  • Working together and talking with application groups to drive innovative answers for corporate information collection to business logging stages

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Splunk development and customer support
  • Experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk technology add-on
  • Strong understanding of automation, pre-planning, Ansible, AWS, REST APIs, and Splunk Enterprise
  • Experience with creating, testing, and sending various Splunk setups
  • Possessing and driving Splunk framework and information organization best practices, including information onboarding
