Your Role in Our Customer Care Team

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our small business customers, providing product and service knowledge, and driving sales growth through consultative relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Service inbound calls and engage with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend the right arenaflex products
• Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the benefits and features of arenaflex Small Business Services
• Continuously improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales
• Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices

Minimum Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication

• Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (2+ years)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
• Availability to work Monday-Sunday, 7:00 am EST - 1:00 am EST

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus

Work Environment and Culture

This position will work in a hybrid model from our Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center. Based on business needs, training may be held 100% on site or virtually. Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly pay range: $20.00 to $21.65
