Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through live chat interactions. You'll be the face of our brand, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Key Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
