As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Enjoy making outbound calls and reaching out to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments, and provide support with benefits and insurance information.
- Have a passion for helping patients make decisions that will enhance their healthcare experience and make a positive impact on their lives.
- Make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information, ensuring they have a seamless and personalized experience.
- Conduct outbound calls to conduct surveys and gather valuable feedback to improve our services and patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports.
