Responsibilities of Retail Customer Care Representative

As a Retail Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services that meet those needs
  • Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution

Qualification of Retail Customer Care Representative

To succeed as an arenaflex Retail Customer Care Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of work experience
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
  • Customer service experience
