Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. As a chat operator, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your goal will be to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, driving business growth and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information about our products and services
  • Represent arenaflex automotive dealer clients in a positive and professional manner, adhering to our brand values and guidelines
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve our chat operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must live within the state of Iowa, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the following technical specifications:
    • Minimum of 8 GB of RAM
    • 64-bit Operating System
    • 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, as it can help you develop the skills and strategies needed to succeed in this fast-paced environment
