Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Peak call center experience or business experience that reflects intense seasonality
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support

  • Knowledge of personal computers, basic math, and business operations
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment, with minimal supervision
