Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Mortgage Division team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales processes, providing exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth. Responsibilities and Duties

As an Experienced Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
  • Sending out welcome packages and various other related clerical duties associated with sales
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Providing exceptional client experiences through timely and effective communication
  • Supporting the Mortgage Division team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Maintaining a high level of organization, productivity, and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of office experience in an administrative or support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in the mortgage industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of mortgage software and systems
  • Certification in Microsoft Office or a related field
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, and analysis
