Job Summary

We're hiring for Remote Customer Service Representative positions in all shifts between 8am and 8pm CST. As a key member of our team, you'll provide prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time. If you possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, proficiency with computer systems, and the capacity to work both autonomously and in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining performance levels to specified goals
• Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service, even in challenging situations
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
• Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of animal health products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Benefits
