Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Typing, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural team to propose new alternatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage job postings on various portals. If you're a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate candidates who apply
• Analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches

Essential Qualifications

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
