The Role

As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their energy needs. Your role will be critical to our success, and we're looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

  • Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with the organization's service standards
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
  • Following up on complicated customer calls where required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma/GED

  • Bilingual a plus
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Bilingual or multilingual
  • Experience working in a remote environment
