What You'll Be Doing:

As a live chat customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Proactively address customer needs to ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate and helpful information
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Proactively address customer needs to ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate support

Requirements:

* Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
