In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for arenaflex-CONNECT customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners. Your expertise will be essential in resolving service issues, addressing requests, and providing account information. As a customer-focused professional, you will communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve complex problems over the phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex-CONNECT customers, ensuring prompt resolution of service issues and requests
  • Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve complex problems over the phone
  • Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries
  • Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services and facilitate efficient self-service
  • Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
  • Collaborate with coaches and other team members to process requests and resolve customer issues
