About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, acting as a brand ambassador, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be to create an unforgettable experience for our clients, making them feel valued, heard, and supported. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with your colleagues to achieve our mission of providing the world's best client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates
  • Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
  • Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
  • A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, charming the client with every interaction
  • The ability to listen to the client's needs, proposing tailored suggestions, resulting in high satisfaction from the client with the assistance they received
  • The ability to display the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific work tasks

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
