Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems, handling patient medicine requests, and processing top-off orders
  • Investigating missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving special cases
  • Corresponding with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, as needed
  • Settling outsider oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling, as per individual arrangement prerequisites
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
  • Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current license or certification

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
  • Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing files
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Age 18 or older

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license or enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification organization
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing documents
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
