Key Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Report Assembly and Reconciliation: Assemble and reconcile reports, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform a range of clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, providing timely and effective support.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of data entry experience, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Office Clerk Experience: At least 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with Microsoft Excel and a background in recycling would be beneficial in this role.

Physical Demands

As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to:

  • Organize Office Systems: Adjust, connect, lift, pull, push, bend, or fold to properly manage and maintain office systems.
  • Use Computer and Related Devices: Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, for extended periods while seated at a desk or workstation.
  • Bend, Stoop, or Sit: Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods, with regular breaks to maintain comfort and productivity.

Schedule and Location
