Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts. This includes:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
  • Sharing sales links and offering discounts to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upholding arenaflex's community guidelines and ensuring that online conversations remain respectful and constructive

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour
