What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service: You'll be the go-to person for customers who need help with their orders, questions, or concerns.
- Researching and problem-solving: You'll use your critical thinking skills to determine the best solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
- Going above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for team members who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive safe and effective products, while also adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, while also thinking critically to resolve complex issues.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work requirements, including overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain the necessary license to work in the state of Kentucky.
