As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our valued sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support.

Your Role: Seller Operations Associate

As a Seller Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers, providing real-time assistance, and resolving issues in a fair and constructive manner. Your role will progress through three key stages:

30 Days in: Setting the Foundation

* Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge about arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplace.

  • Learn how to identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems, developing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Gain industry knowledge and experience, setting the stage for success in your role.

60 Days in: Taking Ownership

* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the root cause and resolving issues fairly and constructively.

  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships.
  • Navigate our order queue, determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

90 Days in: Advancing Your Skills

* Play an active role in continued learnings, advancing your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.

  • Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions, monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation.
  • Develop your expertise in resolving complex issues, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business results.

Work Environment and Schedule

* Office Location: Coppell, TX

  • Hybrid model: 3 days in office and 2 days at home
  • Work Schedule:

+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off + 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off

  • Paid training for the first 4 weeks, with a comprehensive onboarding program

Compensation and Benefits

* $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility

  • Bi-annual bonuses
  • Annual equity grant
  • Overtime eligibility for hours worked over 40/week
