Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries related to medical insurance. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure each interaction is handled with respect and patience. This is a temporary role with excellent potential for permanent employment, offering a unique opportunity to grow your career in the dynamic healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries related to medical insurance

  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately document call content in real-time
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers

Schedule

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $16.20/hr

  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare-related setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or with medical insurance

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
