Key Responsibilities
As a remote sales agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from the company's system
- Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with customers via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve your sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with mentors and other team members to achieve your sales goals
No Sales Experience Required
We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and succeed in sales. While sales experience is not required, we do expect you to be comfortable communicating with customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role.
Flexible Schedule and Remote Work
As a remote sales agent at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, at any time that suits you. This is a 1099 position, which means you'll be considered an independent contractor and will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. However, we'll provide you with all the tools and support you need to succeed in this role.
Daily Training and Support
To ensure your success, we'll provide you with daily training sessions, which will cover topics such as:
- Sales techniques and strategies
- Product knowledge and features
- Customer service and communication skills
- Time management and productivity tips
You'll also be added to our private Facebook group, where you'll have access to mentors, peers, and other resources to help you achieve your sales goals.
Benefits and Compensation
