Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
- Providing exceptional support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and working cross-functionally to help evolve our platform
- Collaborating with our team to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform
- Answering intercoms, troubleshooting, and working cross-functionally to help grow our community of thousands of passionate veterinary professionals
- Staying up-to-date with the latest features and developments on our platform, and providing feedback to our development team
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
- 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
- A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
- A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms is strongly preferred
