Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on insurance plans and benefits to our clients
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and effective customer support experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect sensitive client information

Requirements
