Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, resolving customer inquiries, and providing consultative support to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
  • No previous experience is required, but a results-oriented mindset, verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills are essential.
  • The ability to multi-task, work independently, and as part of a team, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize sound judgment and diplomacy in all interactions.
