Job Summary
We're seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content group. As a key member of our team, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify untapped opportunities, and optimize content performance. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced investigation methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Investigate customer behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Develop and refine our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for media and entertainment
