Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and support, addressing their concerns and needs with empathy and compassion
  • Helping patients navigate the application process for loans and other financial assistance programs
  • Ordering testing and scheduling appointments with health coaches
  • Conducting phone and video calls with patients to discuss their progress and provide guidance
  • Managing text messages and voicemails, responding promptly to patient inquiries
  • Selling and ordering supplements, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the administrative tasks associated with patient care
  • Supporting health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
