Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

Work Environment:
