Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Working in a helpful spirit to guarantee the success of our organization
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer transactions, including cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons
- Managing customer complaints and resolving issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged baggage
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements
- Completing forms and reports as required by the organization
- Writing anomaly and complaint reports as necessary
- Performing other work duties as directed by your supervisor
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
- Ability to understand records, follow procedures, learn and comprehend tagging strategies, rules, and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement
- Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space
- Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to convey information and directions verbally or through radio equipment
Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
- Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of flights
