Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and a strong problem-solving approach to resolve complex issues
  • Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience preferred

  • Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to empathize with customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
  • Must score 80% or above on eSkills test

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare industry experience

  • Previous Medicare experience
  • Call Center Customer Service experience (inbound calls)
  • Medical background helpful
