As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to take phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Your schedule will be flexible, allowing you to work at times that suit you best, making it an ideal choice for those with family commitments or other work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
