About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team, working remotely and earning a competitive hourly rate of $25. As the face of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make positive interactions with our customers every day, from organizing exceptional travel or lifestyle experiences to assisting them with their daily needs. Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and recommending the right arenaflex products
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of arenaflex Small Business Services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer care by responding to questions about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Record important account data according to established policies and procedures
• Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available

• Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment
