Job Overview

As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient handling of customer service situations, particularly on Amazon and Shopify. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Training and SOPs will be provided, but we're a fast-moving company with high expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Service: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages by Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message.

  • Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service.
  • Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets.
  • Other Opportunities: Depending on your level of experience, you'll have the scope to expand the role to cover other aspects of the business, including growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms.

Requirements

* Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms.

  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian in particular) are a plus.
  • Remote Work: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.

* Project Length: Long-term engagement with a flexible starting period.

  • Availability: Must be available between 1 PM - 6 PM GMT (UK).
  • Weekends: Not required, but scope for extra hours if desired.
