The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data entry, classification, and management, utilizing your expertise in spreadsheets, database management, and computer research. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Classify and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems with precision and accuracy

  • Conduct thorough research on websites to gather information and verify data
  • Audit reports and sheets of data to identify errors or inconsistencies
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources
  • Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
  • Obtain additional information for documents deemed incomplete
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry and management

Requirements

* Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools
  • Expertise in computer research and data entry
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with presentation software, such as PowerPoint or Google Slides

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
