Your Daily Tasks:
As a Fraud CSR, your daily tasks will include:
- Solving complex fraud cases using advanced investigation tools and techniques
- Analyzing digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones

- Staying up-to-date with the latest gaming trends and technologies

You're Our Ideal Candidate If:
* You have a detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
- You have at least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment
- You have 1+ year of technical support experience that proves you speak 'tech'
- You have gaming knowledge that shows you understand the player's world (Active League of Legends or VALORANT players, we're looking at you!)
- You have network troubleshooting abilities
- You have quick learning capabilities for new software and tools
- You have a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- You have problem-solving skills that would impress Sherlock Holmes
- You have the ability to explain complex technical concepts like you're teaching a friend
- You have English communication skills that would make Shakespeare proud
- You have a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
