Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and examining pay and financial record statements, combined statements, and other accounting proclamations and reports
- Auditing and checking the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders assigned to different records
- Applying sound accounting standards and creating or suggesting accounting techniques and systems
- Educating or allocating work to accountants, accounting agents, and other partners to participate in daily accounting exercises
- Arranging accounting matters with different offices, areas, and divisions
- Participating in financial reporting
Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports
This position typically reports to a Senior Director and has no immediate reports.
Travel Requirements
This role requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.
Working Conditions
This position is situated in a comfortable indoor area, with minimal exposure to unsavory circumstances. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools, including a phone administrator and document agent.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in high-level information and expertise using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software
- Demonstrated relational skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Capacity to oversee and execute multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum Education
* The information, skills, and abilities are typically obtained through the completion of a four-year certification program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
