Job Summary

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers calling in with questions or concerns about their insurance policies. You'll provide exceptional support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies

  • Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify the policy
  • Provide exceptional support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's CX solutions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
  • Must have a reliable computer and internet connection (download speed: 5 Mbps, upload speed: 5 Mbps)

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in insurance or a related field

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams

  • Questioning and deductive reasoning skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions
