Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing information on flights, fares, and travel options
  • Processing ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
  • Handling customer complaints and issues related to baggage, seating, and other travel-related matters
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Sabre or other travel management systems

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of airline operations and policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
