Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information on flights, fares, and travel options
- Processing ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Handling customer complaints and issues related to baggage, seating, and other travel-related matters
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of airline operations and policies
- Certification in customer service or a related field
