Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our home-based operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately processing and managing data from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting and updating customer and shipment data into internal systems
- Reviewing and verifying information for completeness and consistency
- Managing large volumes of data with efficiency and attention to detail
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meeting daily or weekly data entry targets to ensure smooth operations
- Providing basic administrative support as needed
- Ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and data security protocols
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A reliable computer and internet connection
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (at least 45 words per minute preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Preferred Qualifications
While prior experience is not required, previous exposure to administrative tasks or data entry is a plus. If you have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll be well-suited for this role.
Working Hours
As a home-based employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We offer flexible working hours (Monday to Friday) with part-time and full-time opportunities available, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
