Position: Flutter Developer (f/m/d) – Full-time Location: Germany We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who loves building high-quality, user-friendly mobile apps in the medical field . You’ll develop software that makes a measurable impact on the health of patients – with real-world impact proven in clinical studies . In teams of 3 to 6 other developers, you’ll be responsible for implementing intuitive user interfaces, ensuring smooth performance across platforms, and collaborating closely on architecture, state management, and app integration with backend systems. You will usually work on completely new apps without fighting 10-year old code-bases . • At least 1 year of experience with Flutter development. We are open to different seniority levels for this position and adjust the compensation based on that.
• Up-to-date with current Flutter development trends
• Developed at least one Flutter app from scratch
• Willing to help teammates and to learn from them
• You are interested to learn a lot about the healthcare area from our internal experts
• You enjoy writing reliable, secure, and maintainable code
• You’re open to new ideas

, architectures, and workflows, and value code reviews and critical thinking.

• You want to come to our office at least once or twice a week (the rest can be done in the home office in case you prefer that)
