About the Job and Group
The Endorser Lifecycle Investigation group at arenaflex is on a mission to empower business leaders with data-driven insights that drive growth and innovation. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating complex data patterns to inform business decisions. Our team is collaborative, innovative, and passionate about using data to tell stories that inspire and engage audiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate complex business questions into SQL, including exact cohorting, calculations, filtering criteria, and aggregations
- Present complex patterns and driver insights to a diverse range of stakeholders, from functional groups to executive audiences, through oral presentations and written reports
- Collaborate with other Analysis teams to assess the maintenance performance of key business initiatives across happy, engagement, and marketing areas
- Design and maintain functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track performance over time, enable effective exploratory analysis, and provide self-serve tools for partners
- Partner closely with business stakeholders (Product, Business Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improved supporter maintenance
Essential Capabilities
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of Data Analysis experience
- High-level analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
- Ability to think critically, analyze, and interpret first-party and third-party data
- Experience managing large datasets and deciphering data patterns using multiple data sources and tools
- Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Strong scientific and technical skills to handle issues, analyze root causes, quickly devise potential solutions, document changes, and communicate authoritative impact
- Demonstrated experience in specifying data requirements, data architecture, data governance (normalization, cleansing, and validation)
Preferred Capabilities
* Experience in the streaming media industry, as well as supporting a direct-to-consumer or subscription-based product
- Experience presenting and contributing to data stories that are shared with key stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits
The employing range for this position is $98,000 to $131,300 per year in New York, NY, and $93,400 to $125,200 per year in Santa Monica, CA. The base salary will be determined based on internal value and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-related information, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus or long-term incentive units may be given as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of clinical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position advertised.
