  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with ease and professionalism
  • Personalizing the experience for each caller, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reporting to an assigned Supervisor, who will provide guidance and support to ensure your success
  • Working a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities to work flexible hours as needed
  • Participating in bilingual Specialist opportunities for those fluent in Spanish and English

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
  • A new Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members, recognizing your hard work and dedication

System Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection, with satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted
  • A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up, followed by orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.

Remote Work Policy

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time. However, we offer flexible work arrangements and opportunities to work from home, depending on your location and needs.
